" إِنَّ إِبْلِيسَ يَضَعُ عَرْشَهُ عَلَى الْمَاءِ، ثُمَّ يَبْعَثُ سَرَايَاهُ، فَأَدْنَاهُمْ مِنْهُ مَنْزِلَةً أَعْظَمُهُمْ فِتْنَةً، يَجِيءُ أَحَدُهُمْ فَيَقُولُ: فَعَلْتُ كَذَا وَكَذَا، فَيَقُولُ: مَا صَنَعْتَ شَيْئًا، قَالَ ثُمَّ يَجِيءُ أَحَدُهُمْ فَيَقُولُ: مَا تَرَكْتُهُ حَتَّى فَرَّقْتُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ امْرَأَتِهِ، قَالَ: فَيُدْنِيهِ مِنْهُ وَيَقُولُ: نِعْمَ أَنْتَ " قَالَ الْأَعْمَشُ: أُرَاهُ قَالَ: «فَيَلْتَزِمُهُ» جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ابلیس اپنا تخت پانی پر رکھتا ہے، پھر اپنے لشکروں کو دنیا میں فساد کرنے کو بھیجتا ہے۔ پس سب سے بڑا فتنہ باز اس کا سب سے زیادہ قریبی ہوتا ہے۔ کوئی شیطان ان میں سے آ کر کہتا ہے کہ میں نے فلاں فلاں کام کیا (یعنی فلاں سے چوری کرائی، فلاں کو شراب پلوائی وغیرہ) تو شیطان کہتا ہے کہ تو نے کچھ بھی نہیں کیا۔ پھر کوئی آ کر کہتا ہے کہ میں نے فلاں کو نہ چھوڑا، یہاں تک کہ اس میں اور اس کی بیوی میں جدائی کرا دی۔ تو اس کو اپنے قریب کر لیتا ہے اور کہتا ہے کہ ہاں تو نے بڑا کام کیا ہے۔ اعمش نے کہا، میرا خیال ہے کہ اس کو اپنے ساتھ چمٹا لیتا ہے،[صحیح مسلم :ـکتاب صفات المنافقین وأحکامہم :باب تحریش الشیطان وبعثہ سرایاہ لفتنة الناس وأن مع کل نسان قرینا ،رقم٢٨١٣]۔

وہ بولا "ا ے میرے رب، یہ بات ہے تو پھر مجھے اُس وقت تک کے لیے مہلت دے دے جب یہ لوگ دوبارہ اٹھائے جائیں گے" [٣٨:٧٩] اُس نے عرض کیا "میرے رب، یہ بات ہے تو پھر مجھے اُس روز تک کے لیے مہلت دے جبکہ سب انسان دوبارہ اٹھائے جائیں گے" [١٥:٣٦] ان آیات کی رو سے تو وہ ابلیس قیامت تک زندہ رہے گا۔

Allah GRANTED lots of wishes to Iblees after he refused to obey Allah’s command to bow before Adam. One of them being to allow humans to be led astray from the teachings of Islam till qayamath. Many of Allah’s admirers have their wishes unfulfilled even dua after dua while putting all the effort humanly possible to achieve it. This part of PARTIALITY towards Iblees is difficult to follow.
