For real reparations: they identify an actual victim of the offense in question. They specify the abuses and damages. They assign a dollar amount for their compensation. They pay the victim. If the victim is deceased; they identify the closest living legal heir and pay them.

I believe many are used to encourage American Blks with Skills and resources to " Go help the Mother Land" when As Blk Americans we've never expected any diaspora Blks to come to America and help us. FBA/ADOS should delineate from wh-tes before they delineate from black immigrants. Black flight still continues among FBA/ADOS, the vast majority of them are dependent upon non FBA/ADOS businesses for employment and a pay check. The vast majority of them are dependent upon public educational schools and also housing and apartments that aren’t collectively built by FBA/ADOS. Most of them feel comfortable and safer around non FBA/ADOS, hence why black flight even goes on. As much as they love to speak about what their ancestors fought for, the part that they leave out is that their ancestors also fought to give up their wealth to integrate with wh-tes. 1.8 trillion dollars a year in black spending p-wer gets wasted, that’s more than a portion of nations GDP (Gross Domestic Product), how embarrassing is that.
