IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN THE MIDDLE OF ACCRA AS THE CAPITAL, YOU NEED TO PAY THE HIGH PRICE, JUST LIKE ANY CAPITAL. WHEN YOU CAN DRIVE ONE HOUR AWAY FROM ACCRA FOR HALF THE PRICE. SO IT IS VERY WRONG WHEN PEOPLE SAY GHANA IS VERY EXPENSIVE, ALL DEPENDS ON YOU POCKET. Yes you are right. The people from Volta are EWEs EWE People. And yes Ghana is the is the second most peaceful in Africa, after Mauritius. And very Safe.
