Ghana 🇬🇭 Local Rice Waakye Recipe||How To Cook Waakye With Local Rice

Waakye is just a simple dish of rice and beans cooked with dried sorghum leaves and that's what makes it waakye. Without it then it's just rice and beans then your mission was not completed, it originated from Northern part of Ghana. Waakye has a good source of fatty acids, fiber, antioxidant and rich in vitamin C. Preparing it can be very simple like I did with my basic steps I have shared and I believe you should give it a try and send me your comments.
