Please I tried the same thing as u instructed But oil keeps soaking my doughnut and bubbles kept coming when I drop the doughnut In the oil

Thank you so much for the feedback. Your doughnut absorbed oil because the fire under it from the beginning or through out was low. Bubbles 🫧 or foam occurred because of the milk or the pan you use was wet. The bubble is not issue dear. Let me know if you have any questions ❤️🙏🫂
