Don't mind that dude called @CorporateJunky - he is trying so hard destroy our tourism industry by spreading negative propaganda. It won't work. Even people from his own country are coming here in droves. I don't like when an African brother tries to spread propaganda about another African country. We shouldn't encourage that at all.

People are country-hopping in Africa to determine which country they like. I met a couple in Rwanda who approached me because of my American accent. They told me that they had visited several countries and were on their way to Uganda. Once they decide which country they like, they will return to America to pack up their stuff and move to their African country of choice.

I see a trend with some channels spewing lies about Ghana. The idea is to discourage people from visiting/moving and to divert their attention to Kenya etc. Whiles I am not against promoting other countries on the continent and highlighting their strengths to attract visitors, I disagree with talking down on others (in this case Ghana) to do so. I will define that as a little bit of hatred.

Hop into Abuja, Nigeria. Cheapest countries are Nigeria, Tanzania and Uganda. The cost of living is very very low, but standard very good, especially Abuja, Nigeria, where you can rent a standard 3 bedroom apartment in Abuja for just 1,500 dollars per YEAR! This is what you would pay in Ghana or SA or the USA per month. In Abuja, you can live in a mansion or duplex for 4,000 dollars per YEAR!
