Great project. This will help reduce unemployment. I hope a greater percentage of the employees will be locals within the northern Ghana. They should pay them decent/liveable salaries so they can feel attached to the company. They company should also introduce a profit sharing scheme so employees will feel a sense of ownership. This will help increase productivity and also lead to employees reporting any member who does not live up to the ethics of the company.
