The cheapest land there is 1.3 million cedis. It was around 500-700,000 cedis a few years ago until it shot up astronomically. Fun fact: almost ALL the nice buildings you see in East Legon Accra, are owned by the same owners of the houses in these 2 neighborhoods. Especially the properties in Cantonments Accra.
