You're right, it was one of the reasons I didn't support Peseiro as coach. He refused to mend Nigeria's midfield and kept midfielders on the bench. Ironically, Finidi the recently sacked coached has built up the midfield but he f*cked up the defence! Can you imagine this Finidi put a 21 year old (playing in Tanzania) as a centre back all because he arranged with his agents to partake in any European transfer fees from his exposure.
