Standing orders of parliament can be a tricky thing to navigate. Think through before you say Mp for north Tongu is childish. He was raising a point of order and asking his colleague to rephrase

@@ankrahdominic7913 That is something the NDC needs to check and work on going forward. They seem to think it is about how angry you look and sound or how vile one can be that makes their view acceptable. Not many of them have even sounded convincing, the likes of Suhiyini, Murtala, et al. Creating a scene of ready for fisticuff if they don't get their way can only be described as childlike (childish). May be they need reminding they are representing a people and must therefore credit them with a level of honour they deserve.

All these school boys are in Ghana's parliament misbehaving like this and saying they are making laws. What is really " honorable" about these boys? So people sacrificing their sleep, going to join long queues at dawn, fighting, etc. was just to send these indscipline school boys to such an important institution as the parliament of Ghana? It's a pity and from the way these people ( especially NDC guys) behave, what better thing do we expect to come from them as contribution to national development? These same people are waiting with the hope of winning elections for them to become ministers of state ,board chairs, etc and we think Ghana can become better? In fact we should forget about any better future as a country if we'll continue electing people like these as our leaders let alone going to make laws for us. If you go back to watch and listen to parliamentary proceedings of the 2000s, you'll realize that our parliament today have so many immatured people in there. Today in Ghana many get to the chamber not based on knowledge, experience and maturity but on popularity and money, so it's not surprising we find ourselves in such situation and also not surprising the caliber of people we have in that chamber.
