Has this Comfort Doyoe Cudjoe-Ghansah (minster 4/Ada ) taught about the availability of infrastructure and if available at all, their equipment situation, before presenting her motion or proposal. Though she is talking sense, but she has put the cart 🛒 b/4 the horse 🐎. On her issue of fraternizing, I’m of the opinion that they themselves (be parliamentarians, judges, govt. ministers or being put together as a team or group etc) are afraid of each other, - why?, - because they are not being faithful to the people and also in the work assigned them.
