Anyway, I have my own fully furnished 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bath condominium 'The Glades' is available for rent from 1 Dec 2024. It is at the East - 2 minutes walk from EW4 Tanah Merah MRT Station. In case any one with small family (husband, Wife, kids) or 2 working professionals, Airlines Crews, Pilots, IT professionals looking for a whole unit, then mine will be suitable. If foreigners must be holding EP, Student pass, DP. I have posted my adv on Carousell and Facebook though vut in case any of your Subcribers, interested people looking to rent out a condo in the East, they can contact me. P.s. sorry, no agents please as i dont pay any commission. Also, if any one of you are Singaporeans/PRs need a temporary short term accommodation while waiting for HDB, Condo, BTO, renovation works or for other temporary needs, I am ok to consider as well but minimum must be for 3 months (as per Government- URA rules).
