Papdi chaat, chat recipe, aloo papdi chaat, dahi papdi chaat, घर की बनी पापड़ी से बनाये बाजार जैसा पापड़ी चाट, Papdi Chaat Recipe, papdi chat by kabita, kabitas recipe, kabitaskitchen, street style papdi chaat, thele wala papdi chaat.
Ingredients:
For Papdi :
All purpose flour(maida)- 1 cup
Semolina (Sooji/Rava)- 1/4 cup
Salt to taste - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cooking Oil to fry
Green Chutney -
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Mint leaves -1/4 cup
Ginger -2 inch
Green chilli-2
Salt to taste
Tamarind chutney-
Tamarind pulp-1/3 cup
Salt-1/2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Water -1/3 cup
Roasted cumin powder-
Cumin seeds -2 tbsp
For Decoration:
Curd
Onion
Coriander leaves
Chat masala powder
Sev bhujia
