This is amazing.... I prepared this but carbonation process is very fast of Ginger Beer and my 1 Red Label's bottle was blast within a 12 hours. 😊

maybe it got oxidised and it's better if you make ginger beer and not wine since high alcohol volume with ginger wont go well

You can do that after 2 days on adding the bug After 48 hour fermentation, add fruit for 24 hours

Yes you can store some ginger bug for future use but you should refrigerate it. Yeah you can add wine yeast with sugar to increase the alcoholic level

But i was afraid whether it is good to drink or not bcoz it happened accidentally from my end. Pls provide the correct process as I like to drink healthy. Hi, the beer brewing industry has seen a large jump after all the micro-breweries have started popping up. The courses are really good abroad but a lot of Indian institutes are also providing with nice courses. You should look for them as well because they will be a bit cheap. And then for a professional course, you can think of going abroad? Also, please consult with a professional counsellor for courses. All the best

Hey help me plsss,I made this for my dad,it's been 7 days and it's ready,it's quite fizzy,but there are some sediments in the bottom,I think it's yeast,what do I do? Should I drink with the residue or somehow filter it?

If you want, you can transfer it to another bottle very slowly so that you don't lose the carbonation and you get rid of the sediment. But if you just store it in the fridge and drink it chilled, just slowly pour it directly into the glass with ice and enjoy. What I mean to say is, the yeast and the sediment will stay below and this way you won't lose out on carbonation too (just like I did in the video) I have also uploaded a siphoning video today so you may refer to it as to how to transfer from one container to another. I hope your father will like this ginger beer especially on father's day 😄

Once after 48 hours, please keep it in the refrigerator and just in case you plan to keep it out for long, don't forget to open the cap once or twice everyday. I suggest you consume it within 2 weeks of brewing

How we can identify that the alcohol produced will be ethanol and not the methanol ??? Can you please help me about this???

In fermentation, methanol production is close to zero. No need to worry. But if you distill, that's something different
