One thing in UK me n my son roasted one complete screw for onion/ capsicum/ thick tomato. So it was easy to serve the people n also easy inserting process. We baked broccoli ladies finger brinjal n other few vegetables on the same barbecue heat once our work over.baked vegetables used for next day meal
