@@fireskorpion396 many people that watch this channel watch docs channel. If they see this before his episode they will innevitably be less intrigued by it on docs channel. I fail to see your point. Most people can assume doc is going to use something made by scicraft as he has done so many times. In a way i agree methodzz should get more credit but he obviously values waht doc wants. Also he might not have the time to make videos for his creations before docs episode comes out. Doc always gives credit, i dont think people are very confused, and Im sure methodzz likes the exposure.

@@fdagpigj He has a snowball at hand at all times during the clip. Looking at the wiki for targetblocks, it is mentioned ' _Targets emit a redstone signal when hit by most projectiles. This includes Arrows, Tridents, eggs, snowballs, spashpotions, firecharges fired by a dispenser, firework rockets, ligering potions..._ ' They have not mentioned anything about a ghast's fireball. But it seems most likely that it wouldn't get blown up by the fireball and would emit the signal to move the sticky piston (i'm still learning redstone so i'm not sure)

i was trying to build your creeper farm that ilmango shows in his last video, but when creeper spawns they get stuck into the obsidian block and so they don't join the portal. i placed the boat with a dispenser, but it doesn’t work as intended in your video. how can I fix this?

as a mining technique for netherite it looks sub optimal to say the least. but it looks usable to destroy my friend's bases. When i first heard dock saying that he had a new technique to mine netherite and that he was going to do things with ghast, i though he would have the gast auto firing and destroying the nether for him without the need to click each fireball. I don't know if this would be feasible, i don't know if ghast retaliate against skeletons

Would definitely be tricky to implement. Ghasts only target players so you need to use yourself as bait and being in the nether means no bubble elevators to redirect the fire ball

How does this even work? How do you make the fireball stationary after the ghast shoots it?

The ghast is perfectly pushed against the staircase, and the player gets kicked out of the minecart exactly midway so the player is exactly 1 block from the ghast’s face. The way a ghast shoots is it will spawn a fireball 1 block in front of itself and then shoot it at the player. However since the player is in that exact spot, it won’t travel anywhere. This is what I got from Doc’s vid. Hope this helps

basically fireball spawns right in the place its supposed to be flying towards(which is not 1 block in front of it but whatever), which creates 0/0 error so game just decides not to give it any power, so it remains stationary

not as tunnelbore . unfortunatly ghastballs are really weak and this is not a good or efficient way of gathering netherrite, but its for sure the coolest. stationary ghastballs in general can be used as somewhat of a tnt replacement for blastchambers.
