Combined with her NP's ability to make every target undead and have supereffective man niche, and wu can be a decent addition to your Chaldea! Wu is not going to be your best damage option. She does have an interesting kit though and works well as a setup man for other anti-undead characters or really just anyone wanting to go up against undead enemies. I'm pretty sure plenty of people are already disagreeing with that sentiment especially after certain KZbinrs showed how most servants who are as you claim not good ended up for some insane shit lol

With Scathach's Buff that makes her powermod 3 turn I can see Summer Wu seeing real use in 3-turns/CQ clears. If the enemy is already divine, she gives what, 230% powermod + 15%atk up and 20% defense down as a bonus? I'll take it. Could use the skill upgrade to be more like Santa Martha (20% party charge + 30% self charge), considering both Buster and Quick lacks supports with good party charge.

honestly i like summer wu being able to enable a niche, there are quite a few anti undead units and we have santa martha as a free unit that further buffs units against undead, which makes her a nice unit for trying out meme comps. or to enable some strong anit undead units like shishou after her buff. because she exists undead isn't a complete meme attribute.

Certainly my favorite visual design of this summer's 4-stars (ascension 3 is particular lovely 😍), wish she was better but I'm hoping that her hybrid support-ish qualities can come into play here and there. I'm locked in on that Skadi banner, so hopefully whatever Wus come my way will have their use!

I've got 1400+ SQ ready for her, need np8 minimum so I can get her 120 as well as append 2. I NEED my Shortstack Empress.

Not really. Unless you really don't care about wasting 3 NPs, or you want a 2nd Append after the Append 2, you can make it do with NP5 and Bond Lv15. It is what I do for all my Lv120 SRs.

@@Rahdwiinbro, thats the whole point, he wants appends and he directly stated it. And he directly stated np8, which is exactly what is needed for that.

@@amai2307"Bro", did you even read what I said? NP5 is fine for Append 2, as long as you get Bond 15, which for some people is much more viable than wasting 3 NPs, so I warned them. NP8 is only necessary if you want to get TWO appends, "a 2nd Append after the Append 2".

@@Rahdwiin not bro, I have said appends, not append. Obviously he wants more than one, otherwise there wouldnt be mentioned np8 specifically. Np5 + 15 bond = 120 and 1 append Np8 + 13 bond = 120 and 2 appends Np10 + 14 bond = 120 and 3 appends Fyi 5* get 90 coins per copy, limited 4* - 50, regular 4* - 30. And 5* np5 is only enough for two appends.
