I’m not sure, get six Orion’s in a fleet armed with torpedos and have them cycle out who’s popping out of cloak to launch, who’s circling away, and who’s recloaking to reposition in pairs and you can tear up any force with an equal or lesser number of fighters. The only thing you’ve really gotta look out for is Cerastes, but even then you just need to ambush them as a group and you’ll be fine.

This class of ship has saved my ass more than once. Both from external attacks and from the landing of toasters.

how do you use repair bay? is it for repairing other ship's fighters?

When you recall, you can choose which ship to dock with. Atlas also has repair benefits.
