Everybody has their own interpretation when it comes to a song they listen to. For me, this is about remisnicing about a time in your life when you were chasing something or someone you loved but unfortunately you were not happy or there were struggles but still remember the good times it brought you, and that memory sinks in your system like a drug, like "marijuana". You could've even went into a deep depression afterwards, or drug addiction because of it... And it's bad but it feels divine (hence the reference for Mary). And maybe finally you prefer it this way. It gives you a high like you never left, that you were never scared of the future it could've brought you if you stayed when you replay that memory. But it could also mean returning to that special thing or someone by the end after realizing how they make you feel. Thank you for reading.

I can 100% confirm that Blast doesn't even behin to cover it. I don't know why, but I only found ghost three days ago, and have been listening non-stop since.
