To be honest, I like the idea that the tears are actually from sadness, because it gives this idea that she has seen the future for Scrooge and is upset with what happens to him if he does not change his ways

I love her, very serene and meloncholy. Not gonna lie, at first, with the whole future theme and her odd skintone, I thought she was a robot and the tears were wires coming out of her eyes. And now I really want to see you make a "broken" robot doll.

That doll is a CAM: Create A Monster, the mummy girl. She came in a set with the Gorgon girl who had a snake ponytail. This was back in the MH golden days, and they had this whole "create it yourself" line with accessories and body parts for custom building. It was fun, I wish they had made all the dolls like they did with the cams. It'd be so much easier to replace lost or broken parts.

Man, they should do that wig cap thing with every doll! A lot easier than soaking in hot water and scraping out all the gross glue and hair chunks! Love the direction you went with this doll, she's absolutely beautiful. Those eyes are so captivating.

Love the way her face turned out. There is something almost metalic or stone about it. The eyes in particular are captivating. Not your usual eye but really works well with this sort of iron grey lady.

I love the outfit you ended up with. I really liked her eyes and makeup as well. I think I would have enjoyed silvered eyelashes and deep gray hair even better so her hair would become a part of her cowl. But as she is, she is haunting and beautiful at the same time. What do you use to seal the paint?

Probably MSC (Mr Super Clear) that's what most doll artists use. Seals the paint and adds tooth for the next few layers to grab onto

Serena H Not necessarily. Christmas Yet-To-Come appears to Scrooge (and I quote from the book), “shrouded in a deep black garment, which concealed its head, its face, it’s form, and left nothing of it visible except one outstretched hand.” It’s also barely visible though I can’t find that quote. The Grim Reaper is a symbol of death; Christmas yet to come is not about death. This spectre is about showing POSSIBLE Christmases should he not change his ways. Dying alone and his house being robbed for silver and wealth, Tiny Tim with no future and the Cratchits having a terrible Christmas. He never comes back, but we can assume his future Christmases have changed.
