There's also an alternate iki island type of armor for the mongol commander, but all the alternate stuff is available only in ng+

Then just go to the farmsteads the musician tells you about and rescue the hostages. By doing that,You'll get a few keys that you need to unlock gosaku's armour

@@GlzzardWzard it's a red mask idk what's it's called. Over the game you get gifts that you collect at places such as the Golden Temple. I didn't know this until stage 3, after you kill Ryuzo and your uncle betrays you. I liberated the temple in that snowy environment and collected the gifts. It's a red demon looking mask that covers your mouth.

​​@@asblaise0045 Act II. There are 5 duels against ronins around Toyotama. You can find them before talking to the musician but talking to him adds the locations to the map. You can find the musician easily in Umugi Bay (Down left corner of Toyotama). After doing the 5 duels, the boss will duel you in a certain location. After killing him, it will give you the armor in base form and you have to upgrade it twice for it to look like in the video

i've never really tried testing builds in the game until almost the end of act 2 when i tried using guard break talismans and damage increase with Gosaku's armor, it was crazy, i basically break everybody guards with one attack and killed her with another

i like it make you feel like a true ghost i often use the headband of death and the emperor tear sword kit with the headband resemble the samurai Jin Sakai die on that beach while the sword kit resemble lord Shimura disapointment (it not accurate but it make me feel like it)

Sakai clan (lvl2), Gosaku(lvl 3), sarugami (lvl 3) and samurai clans armor (lvl 1 n 3/red dye) [as a bonus, kensei and ronin armor] are my top. I like to mix them with different masks and hats/helmets and I also think every armor is so broken but depends on strategy and build for its maximum potential.

Samurai armor with the Raw Courage dye plus that Sugi's Kasa hat and Tomoe's mask combo was my favorite. Makes Jin tanky with good damage while looking badass. Downside is the combo is focused on melee combat. I always had to switch to Tadayori's armor when I use bow. I know that combo requires access to Ikki Island.
