Bruh, that is the “armor of Sarugami” dyed in black which can get in Iki lsland. And the dye can be brought in the black dye merchant in Act II.

there are multiple guys who can dye your armors. if il not wrong there are black/white/red guys. you can search where they are located on google to help you.
