This game really suffers from a lack of gore. All this blood and swords slicing through people it really weakens the impact of it all when no arms or heads come off. I know you can behead the tough enemies but slicing through people would be a lot more satisfying. I know it’s more realistic in the fact not ever kill is a mutiliation but the game is already dramatized already. The middle earth series and Witcher had great gore that really upped the intensity and satisfaction of their combat, and seeing mongols with exposing clothing just being covered in a blood texture after being cut with a katana is quite blue balling

@@yskmwest8534 if we were to go off the basis of wounds being limited due to the realistic aspect of armor, then half of these slices wouldn't even make sense. Not only that, it's not like they couldn't have had finisher moves and cuts that targeted the limbs and such to have that, as it would just add a level of satisfaction. Shadow of War did it, Witcher did it, hell even fallout has more gore than this. This is a time of samurai, how is there not more limbs going off. And alot of these mongols are barely wearing protective armor.

He played on Normal. I’ve personally been playing on hard and that’s much more challenging, so it’s not as fun, but it’s also more rewarding. It also makes the missions more grueling. But again, hard mode really makes you feel more badass since you have to time the parries more precisely. I tried lethal for like thirty minutes but that was just too ridiculous. It was cool that you deal the most damage in lethal though, but so do your enemies.

All the dialogue shit is pointless in AC game. What they needed to focus on was the gameplay like combat and parkour otherwise AC is gone. i personally found it really fun, its probably not for everyone but it can be difficult at times and so it feels really rewarding when you have a clean fight or just get an awesome set of kills, the blood physics are phenomanel and really make up for the lack of ragdoll physics, also the photo mode in fights can make for some great shots.
