Tbh the twist caught me completely off guard because I was under the impression that his dad's killer had already been dealt with way back when. Probably a bit of retconning on Sucker Punch's part to make this all more dramatic, but I did a replay o the base game like a month ago and Masako has a line in like Tale 8 talking about Shimura spending weeks hunting down Kazumasa's killer and that Jin has had his closure in regards to a family member's killer. Still great for the feels though ^_^

Shimura pros ably killed the leader that organized it if anything. Sucker punch did change the original Kazamasa death scene.

I was playing the PS4 version of this game on my ps5 and let me tell you they couldn’t have done more to improve the ps5 version, everything down to just the vibration in the controller is a massive improvement

Nioh 2 is amazing until you get to way of the nioh and if you don't get a confusion build you'll never kill anything

Seems like it's paired with the Sarugami armour set for some reason.

The horse armor is locked with your load out set up. He just needed to go into the inventory and switch it back in.
