So do German, Australian, and Japanese players cause their governments love to ban or censor "inappropriate" games. And then there is the truckload of people that have a Japanese PSN account to download Japan only games. Sony ToS may say vpn is forbidden, but in practice, there isn't a single instance of a banned account I can remember. This whole thing is nonsense. Whoever wants to buy the game needs a) access to broadband internet to download the game in the first place and b) enough disposable income to afford both a gaming PC and a 70$ game. If you can meet those requirements, you sure af can open a PSN account if you want.

Recommended requirement is RTX 2060, which is slower than 3060 and has less video RAM, about double less. So you should be able to play 60fps on High 1080p. Also, there is DLSS so you got huge gap to cover those stable 60+ fps
