for everyone wondering why she has blue eyes ?! she is supposed to be an Ainu ( Native Hokkaido who lived near Mt yotei before Japan took over the island) they have Blues eyes, so this is representative to the Indigenous people of hokkaido

Speaking of "The Blue Eye Samurai" i suggest people that haven't seen that Netflix Anime go right now(If you can) and watch it! It's fantastic!! And the story! So i'm hopeful that SP make this female protagonist just as badass as that Anime character. 🙏🏽

Pretty big duality in the two games. GoT; Jin defends Japan's lands and way of life from invaders and occupiers. GoY; MC defends the Ainu lands against Japanese invaders and occupiers.

That’s what I was telling some chatters during this reveal. Too many were upset it wasn’t Jin but this is LIKE a spin off sequel (yes in the same timeline but different time meaning it’s still a sequel) while the REAL got 2 should be released in a few years. I think it’s better that they release a new game so it’s the “ghost series” so they can start fresh with every new story they have until they can write up a REALLLY good sequel to the main character’s ending in a game. The the curse of sequels of any platform, they don’t always take the time to make it as good as the first.

The first game was set in 1274 this is set in 1603 so definitely no Jin in the game but I would be surprised if he is not mentioned somehow if she is taking on the mantle of Ghost, the white cloth with the black characters is a list I think so she is marking off the list one at a time. I can't wait!
