Always amazed me how you can drive by enemy soldiers in a Sentinel vehicles and they know immediately you are the enemy.

It's because Wolves are trained to understand the differences in motor stress between a vehicle laden with their own people carrying standard loadouts compared to anything else. Where else would that "$1 million to train each Wolf" go? Obviously, they taught their Sentinel allies some tricks of their trade to lighten their own burden of securing Auroa. You just read this on the internet, so it must be true.
