We already dropped a “light” police pursuit with the STi, so it's time for a kinda “light” motorcycle pursuit!
This time Ghost Rider is out looking for trouble when the Swedish police carrying out a big traffic control at “Västberga” E20 / E4 south part of Stockholm. It’s a little bit like fishing, and finally a police motorcycle takes up the pursuit!

Most laws have it laid out that police can break the normal traffic laws if thier work requires it of them. Lights and sirenes just means that other road users are in that moment also required to give them right of way everywhere.

I think there is 3 distinct things about this video that stand out. It has the old school rear tire camera, GR is still incredibly calm and controlled where most would never be, and, finally, that cop KNEW who he was following and was having fun! The way he was taking different lines through traffic and pretty much just keeping pace as best he could, he was enjoying that way more than his pay grade should allow. 🤣

That tunnel scene was awesome. The scene where the cop starts pulling up to him then examining the bike lmao I think he knew it was possibly the GR. He 100% used it as an excuse to go as hard as he was comfortable with. One thing I respect about biker cops is they can actually ride well. The slow incremental increase in speed and difficulty gave a clear show of an instructor taking a student through the step of a track. First at 120, 130 ,140, 150, 160............. until the police officer just couldn't keep up.

Cops aren't allowed to chase speeding bikes in Sweden. As soon as the speeds reach high enough or the driving is dangerous enough (weaving through high speed traffic) they are not allowed to continue. If they do it increases the risk of crashing, which puts people in danger. I don't know if helis are exempt from this rule. Maybe.

@@hiTocopter heli will just track him until he's out of gas or try to hide. The reson the cop didn't put on his light was because he knew GR would step on it and flee. Cop just tagget along hoping GR would play with him until the chopper could lock on to him. GR is too smart for that so that's why he had everything planned. If the chopper can lock you in, its almost game over unless he can do some magic in tunels around the centre, but that's too risky.
