First Also glad you used Johnny Blaze,No offense to the other Ghost Riders like Robbie or Danny but Johnny seems to be on the same level of Dante since both are power houses who've done some impressive feats

@Joshua Hughes oh I love Dante he's awesome but Ghost Riders power is insane,to the point where only weapons forged in Heaven can stop him. Even DR Strange fears the full awakened power of Ghost Rider aka Zarathos. Dante would definitely put up a tough fight but Ghost Riders powers are just far above Dante's.

This one is confusing. The way the Penance Stare works is that Ghost Rider stares into a person's soul and burns them by making the person suffer all the sins they committed, with the only exceptions being if Ghost Rider himself spares them, the target doesn't have a soul to burn, or if they don't feel remorse for their sins at all, like Thanos. How can the Penance Stare work on Dante if he's been pretty much a good person by only slaying demons and not killing humans? If anything, the Penance Stare would either have minimal effect or not even affect Dante at all since he's been keeping his soul clean working as a Demon Hunter. Hell, the Penance Stare would have more effect on Vergil since he sacrificed his humanity and embraces his demon side for more power, so that would be his sin the Ghost Rider can exploit. Also if someone brings up MvC3, that's because it's a fighting game and they turned the Penance Stare into a hyper combo for gameplay purposes.

The penance stare has also have an ability to make anyone feel remorse while its in effect. Its bassically forces the victim to feel bad about their actions
