Been following Cerro Gordo since it came up on video since ghost town up for sale video. Was in the military there in 1966 at ft Irwin . Wish I were younger and closer , I'd help Brent put this historic town back together.

I always just assumed that Brent has been able to gather funds and resources for his venture through his KZbin channel, sponsorships, volunteers, donations, side ventures, and the occasional sale of souvenirs and a bit of mining. In fact one gets the impression that he'd like the mine to become semi-productive again, both as a tourist attraction (allowing tourists to see an actual silver mine and walk through a portion of it) and as something that produces silver and minerals. Obviously, it will never produce enough of either to even remotely reach the production levels of Cerro Gordo's heyday, but one could gather enough to make the place self-sustaining. That would be very cool. I wish him well on his journey, wherever it leads.

@oo--7714 cuz he's directly said this is a scam to make money. He's been on multiple hedge fund nepotism baby podcasts and has talked about it. He got his money from parents and finance. And now just looking for an easy payout. If you watch his videos with a discerning eye and ear you'll notice 1. Way to much is staged. 2. And the biggest red flag. His mission statement/goal keeps changing. 3. If he's got money why is he asking you for yours? Unless it's an investment opportunity for you. Which he frames it as being... but I've never seen any financial books of his that'd make me feel comfortable on Return of investment.

Hey Brent, been following you on your amazing journey. I recently saw that your on the second floor stage of the new hotel! Dude your an amazing human being. I so remember how much that fire weighed on you how you and many of us watching were emotionally crushed. You persevered you bravely showed us that moving on is possible and how bright a person's light can illuminate others. Dave his crew and many others were immediately drawn toward that very light. I live in ontario canada 🇨🇦 and at 61 now I'm still learning that human beings like yourself and Dave & (of course so many others) can just dig in and Make a difference. Having visited Cerro Gordo, I saw the real ghost town before Brent stupidly, accidently (?) overloaded the ancient wiring and burned down most of what was left. A crying video and solicitation of help allowed him to facilitate building a new version for tourists to visit. He is a great self promoter who destroyed the original Cerro Gordo ghost town. Some of us have difficulty forgiving him for that.
