I agree S&D is a must. Blitz is a poor CTF, but i think we will have to settle for it (Like you said, add cap time). As for a third, i wonder if Grind would work. It sounds like it would add a different element to competitively, whilst not really effecting it too badly. Anyways these are my three choices, with this being my top 5: 1) Search and Destroy (Its a classic we know works) 2) Blitz (A less competitive type of CTF but could be adapted to be more competitive (Capturing time)) 3) Grind (A new concept of which would be like CTF with peoples bodies (You pick up a tag and retrieve it to a point)) 4) Search and Rescue (I like it, but two search games seems a bit weird. Its a good concept but i see it as one or the other rather than both (I prefer normal though)) 5)Cranked (This in theory might work if you put a penalty on cranked deaths. It wouldn't completely solve the kill and hide problem, but it would help)

rambo has been playing so good at the end of bo2, he's accurued in his jumpshots which is what he needed and if bo2 continued, he would do really well

Definitely. I don`t see blitz being better then CTF, unless good changes happen to the game type to make it less hectic.

i also hat the idea to add a timer in blitz (maybe like 3-5 seconds) and a friend of mine said that it would be a good idea to switch the places of the blitz objective. like in hardpoint every 60 seconds, or maybe every 30... this would add more tactic into the gametype because you need to think about your timing more

Agree! Go back to black ops 2 and use DLC maps! And add crank to it cause crank is fun for pubs! Give the competitive credits to black ops 2 cause we haven't seen much from ghost. . . I mean, remove a game type that's been in competitive from the very beginning sure smart idea

Rambo you guys should try out 3 second respawn delay domination or even without spawn delay! Many people tried 8s with that and it plays out really well and is extremely fun to watch!

If IW added a cap time in blitz; SnD and blitz would be fine, It would kind of go back to the old way of just CTF and SnD, so it would be like mw3.

They should use add a invisible bomb to blitz so only one person can cap. Invisible as in the opponent not knowing where the bomb holder is.

I don't like Search and Rescue, whenever a teammate pick up your tag you seem to spawn in a very random location, It's pretty confusing too with a bunch of tags everywhere, at least in pubs.

I feel like competitive is hard to mix with pubs. BO2 didn't float my boat, but it was by far the best CoD for competitive to date.

Trouble with blitz no re spawn delay. Dom is poor now even in pubs due to map size. Despite bo2 online lag issues (no issues on LAN) the game types for league play made it good to play and watch pro players in comps. Feel this could be a step backwards.

Blitz also has a problem, in the live stream of the launch a guy set up a turret on the oppoents portal and just stood watching over it with his team mate, They was literally spawning infront of him and he was getting free kills why his team mates just run into the portal :(

Holy shit, some of you are incredibly impatient. Give the game some time to land on its feet - do you remember how Black Ops 2 was played, and how much it evolved over time? At the end of the day, the pros will figure out the best possible scenario for competitive. IW seems to be holding up their end of the bargain this time around, already that's a step forward. If the hit detection is on point I'll be happy because BO2 was amazing but it lacked in that area; the connection issues were shit too

with blitz being a fast paced game type point blank it will be consider in the rotation for comp, until a better solution is put into the game, but i cant see both SND and SNR being in the rotation as they are similar with the whole one life concept what i want to see is the organised chaos of HP i will willingly debate with you any time @Stewart_ssdd

There is no search and destroy which only makes it 3 possible gametypes that are not even close to bo2 gametypes snd was replace by S&R

I don't understand why they took out hardpoint and CTF. It must be because the maps were too big and when you die in HP you would spawn too far away or something. Competitive is definitely getting worse this year...

Why wouldn't cranked work? Like if someone gets a kills and camps and blows up, they should lose the point they earned. That way everyone is constantly running around. Idk just curious. Can't wait to see competitive on Ghosts.
