great straightforward review! I'm stuck between this and the fruity pebbles protein powder for an every day/every workout day supplement and this was helpful. I know this is more of a 'treat' but not sure how it would work if im taking it daily with a deficit

@1AND1Reviews For example, if the nutritional information on the container indicates it contains 24 g protein per 31 g scoop, you would divide 25 by 30 = 0.83 x 100 = 83%. Also some scoop are not 24g. If you weigh them out the scoop may be wrong, this is a manufacturer issue.

@@TheInfinaterich Gotcha on the weighed scoop! We do calculate the protein density for each protein, in this case 77% (starting at 6:37). Is that more or less what you're after re: protein scoop ratio? Thanks again for the feedback!

Wish they added bcaas. Still learning a lot but it seems like it would add a ton of value to the shake.

I think the Cinnabon flavor is terrible the cinnamon profile isn’t there enough, it’s a very big thick scoop , leaves a nasty aftertaste, & hurts my stomach lol. The Oreo is alright it’s much better than the Cinnabon but kinda has a cardboard taste 😂 not really an Oreo flavor either
