Also SPOILER ALERT!!! - If you read Empire Magazine March 2024 Ghostbusters Frozen Empire Speical issue you would already know "straight from the horses mouth" that it is far more than just a glorified cameo.

Trailers are supposed to pique your curiosity. This sequel looks better than the original, at least as it is in a trailer. I’m excited to see if it lives up to the hype. It looks like a blend of old and new generation Ghostbusters. Can’t wait to see it.

They couldn't get everyone on board for 30 years, after GB 2 Bill Murry was out, he wanted to be killed off, RIck Moranis quit acting to be with his dying wife and to raise his kids, They ( Ramis and Aykroyd) couldn't get a script in due to time constraints and story and when they did, Harold Ramis passed away (the script they had in 2014 was very similar to Afterlife according to Aykroyd) so then the studio turned it into a All chick garbage reboot. Now that the studio saw the mistake and the money lost and the franchise was murdered by that mistake, they got afterlife that the fans needed. Bill was willing for at least a cameo or two, ( which was brilliant to leave out the OG cast until the end, making us question what went on and what happened intriguing fans to come up with theories and giving Harold Ramis a send off. ) Now we are here In 2024 where they listen to the Fans, Give us more of what happened for the last 40 years in the GB dimention and a new villian, Sony does not like losing money like Disney does.. I got my info from a series of Old interviews with the cast over the last 30 years. Did you know that Bill Murry's part was originally written for John Belushi? But he died, they recast Murry for the role and they remodled slimmer after John...

Bill's role is the smallest of the OG Ghostbusters Dan's is the biggest followed by Ernie. I know reading this that sounds bad about Bill's role being smaller, until when you watch the movie it is very fast paced and makes sense when you see it for yourself. It leaves you wanting more. Still a good movie though.

If the new big bad is driven by fear, wouldn't Walter Peck the new mayor and bad guy from the first movie be first on the block? He is terrified OF the ghostbusters. Everything they represent not just their methods, and now Egon's grandkids are involved. I would think Walter Peck would go first because the new big bad is driven by fear. That thumbnail is super misleading, it's not even an actual scene in the movie. Just saw the movie today on premier day it officially comes out tomorrow. It was good, fast paced, but it felt like it was missing things. Overall though it was good. Oh and only one extra scene after the movie is over in case any of you are interested in that and no I won't say what it is 😊
