Opening day, 1989: the crowd EXPLODED when Dana grabbed Oscar and the logo came up. It was incredible. I will never forget it. GB2 is fantastic.

This film was directed perfectly, it doesn't get enough praise for this kind of horror. Some of the scenes are way scarier than most of the actual horror films put out today

I love Ghostbusters 2! One of my first real movie experiences going to the theater with my stepfather and my cousin, being a fan and full of expectations, eating popcorn and drinking soda… Vigo scared the crap out of me though 😅

8:14 I have yet to see anyone point out that Mr. Anglin (sp?) was very much almost right. Had the Ghostbusters not saved the day from Vigo that night, the world would indeed have ended at the stroke of midnight on New Years Eve.

I have probably watched this film over 500 times in my lifetime probably more. Perfect sequel. only reason it didn't hit was it took a little too long on the hype train to come out. this is the perfect lazy rainy sunday type film. (and christmas/new year film)
