Quick question, I use the Flipper0 with the WiFi Dev Board (exactly like you showed in the video). After I've installed everything my flipper couldn't start the app and got the error message that some API didn't match. So I updated my firmware and did everything again. Now my flipper crashes when I open the fresh installed app (-> furi_check failed). Could it be that ghostesp just doesn't work on the RogueMaster Firmware yet?

I am interested in this firmware because i am compiling marauder on my own but i don't see a hash or checksum to verify my download for ghost esp. do they have a pgp certificate or a checksum I could compare for validity?

Is this an application/repository we can just install and use on the Flipper so long as we have a wifi devboard? Or do we need to purchase the hardware and load the firmware onto that? (Apologies if this is a dumb question, I'm not so well versed in hardware) Very impressive nonetheless, always wanted the capability to be able to do man-in-the-middle with the Flipper, but never knew it was possible.

You can but it's gonna be more work. You'll have to download bins from Spooky's GitHub and flash them with the Flipper with ESP Flasher

What firmware are you using? That FAP is compiled for Momentum

@ Thank you for the reply! I just figured out I wasn’t on the most updated version of momentum. I updated it and it works perfectly fine now. I thought since I had momentum it would still work but apparently momentum needed to be updated to the lasted version of it for this to work. If you have a previous version of momentum it will just crash your flipper. My fault for not checking if I was updated to the newest version. I love your videos and they have truly helped me through my flipper zero experience! Thank you for all that you do!!!

thats more of a hardware limitation, not software limitation. the ESP C5 isn't out yet which would be the board that supports 5g networks, currently the GhostESP board from rabbit labs is using the C6 which supports wifi 6 and 2.4ghz but not 5, so better than your typical ESP32 S2, S3, or Wroom model which only does 2.4 and some with bluetooth (S2 has no BLE capabilities) once the C5 is out spooky will be working on porting ghostESP over there too

Hola! Please stop showing the BFFB. This board can't be obtained, and the maker doesn't respond to queries. Showing it in your videos is just rubbing it in the faces of all of the people that can't get them. Only KZbin creators can get these boards. To assert that anyone else can get them is just false. The maker of these boards needs to be slapped and sterilized. If he's not going to let "normal" people buy them, he needs to go the way of the dodo. I definitely like seeing what's out there, but given the fact that these boards can't be obtained, and the maker doesn't care enough to respond to queries shows that they're not worth buying. I'm going to start producing boards like this, and I promise two things - 1) The boards will be available for purchase; and 2) I will answer questions when people ask. I'll make sure you get one of the boards to test, as soon as they are ready. I've already got a mock-up that I'm pretty happy with.

Calm down man. You know the maker was so kind as to open source the firmware, make it easily accessible and created even a flasher for everyone to easily use it. All of the above is linked in the video description. All you need is a $5-10 esp-32. So no need for you to make anything and even if the developer didn't spent their time to enable anybody to easily use their firmware for free, it's no reason to deserve being sterilized. You gotta think and consider your statements before publishing them in the comments of a video aimed at the group of people that shouldn't be insulted online...
