No lie, If Ghostrick ever gets a counter trap, Angel of Mischief would start seeing competitive play in any deck that can make her. Glad the deck is out for Halloween, but sad that the deck has the speed of paint drying.

Yeah, it sucks how this deck is pretty battle phase reliant and as we all know the battle phase is irrelevant in modern tcg. It would be nice if we got a new field spell as a flood gate since it could probably be searched easy or a normal trap as impactful as krawler soma since trap trick can search it

I was thinking while watching this if they get a new xyz that can double the damage when a ghostrick monster inflict battle damage AND inflict burn for a declaration of attac, the deck will be poweful! the issue of Ghostick it lacks fire power, if the opponent outgrinds you or attempt to one shot you you are dead xD

Calamity upon the hidden city. Monsters flipped face up gain 1500 attack and def. monsters facedown cannot be targeted by card effects. if this card gets destroyed special summon a monster from the grave in face down. Yes it stacks.

don't forget about ghostrick ghoul! it's a soft-once-per-turn to at least double the atk of the monster you target + 2200 (ghoul's atk). so angel of mischief can go from 2000 to 6200! and she should be able to attack directly fairly often if the game plan is going well

My problem with ghostricks is they need too much stuff to do a work. I want them to have an in-archetype bottomless trap, sandstorm mirror force and shin-tsuen-fu/mask of restrict in one card so we dont have to run too many unsearchable techs. More room for other techs or make a viable pure ghostrick deck

i was wrong about this, ghoul uses original atk, so using the effect multiple times accomplishes nothing :(
