This has been fantastic to have as a reference, I've been trying to get deeper into this and get better at it, and there's so much I didn't realise even could be done, let alone things that I did know that go deeper than I expected. I've bookmarked this so I can come back and forth to it as I get better and can nail more of the game. Thank you so much for taking the time to put this together, it's really appreciated both to help people like myself as a gamer and in terms of recording the deeper secrets and depths of games.

All of your tips in the complete run of your game came in handy while I have been playing the Capcom Arcade Stadium version of this game. I have been able to confidently clear the stages with your tips n' tricks. Your commentary and game play IS very helpful!

The Zombie trick on 10:51 can also be done on the upper side on the second ladder after killing the Ball shooting tree.

The response of the cabnet stick pad is amazing. Playing on the nes sadly i couldnt do a couple of these shots or jumps. Shooting , turn, jump, shooting takes forever it seems. Gonna try playing this arcade version. It seems so much more enjoyable to play this version. Nice walkthrough.

Excellent video i wanna triying past this game. In my first attemp only pass the first armor XD. Now 3 weeks later i'm in the six level fighting against the satans.

I love this game. He still has other secrets such as the hint of infinite time. There is also a trick in which it is possible to make the boss of the penultimate level disappear just like what it does in the bridge level. Congratulations on the video.

And there ir a hidden armor in the ice castle too... Other curiosity is that if you are chased a long time by a Red Arremer (more than 60 seconds), the Arremer turns white...This is not a bug, there is a reference to this in Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom, where Red Arremer/Firebrand have this transformation too...

You can combine the zombie farming trick with the timer glitch to rack up a huge number of extra lives and points. That's what we used to do back in the day.

Excellent video again Tony I know of all of the tips you've shown except the caverns stage i score grind in a different part of the level to you. However you've also shown me 2 I wasn't aware of those being the two fire bridge ones, cheers for that. Also you wanted a tip for the first Satan on stage 4? If your struggling with him there is a way you can lose him like you do with the Dragon at end of stage 3 if you come back down the way you came and let him follow you and keep dropping you'll eventually drop thru one of the stage gaps and he will die and the take key for coming in will appear. 👌

Would you believe it. Just played a game and I was in my underpants on stage 5 loop 2 so I thought I’d just go for it. And yes, I managed to do the Satan trick and get the key without killing him

You can do this trick with the dragon in stage 6 kill the two bosses with crouching shot so they jump go up till dragon appears and go right back to start of the level kinda like a screen memory glitch

Theres a trick to transform into the frog when the time reach 0. then you die and is transformed into the frog. then when you came back , the time is infinite. there also is the bug to turn back in a specific place in the cemetery, and the lader will be rendered almost off the screen, you you go up, the screen gets scrambled and you lock the game with no enemies, you have to wait the time to kill you. If you do the frog-infinite-time trick and the ladder trick, you soft-lock the game.

Nice vid! Can u have some advices to help me beat the 2 satans at the end of lvl 6? Im stuck here..i try and retry one at time but they fly on me and hit me every time in few seconds..thx

Unfortunately this is the one thing I can’t give any tips on as for me it all comes down to a bit of luck if I get past them. The only advice I can give is when you reach the top (before the 3 ladders) go up the ladder that leads to the 3 ladders and when at the top, go straight back down again to draw the 1st satan down to you and avoid waking the 2nd. That way you can safely attack one at a time. Attack them no more than 3 times before creating some distance between you (try jumping to draw him overhead when he attacks). If he is far above you, start going down a ladder then back up again as that may lower him slightly. As you’ve already beaten satan on level 5, many of the things you need to do are the same, especially for the 2nd satan
