@bullc.775 no idea, it usually happens when your hand is being pulled occluded by the crate or door, causing it to not be able to break free

A little tip, please make your thumbnails have more contrast, for example, make your text noticeable, it's kinda camouflaged in this thumbnail, and doesn't really catch anyone's eye.
