New Sub... As a fellow New Zealander I find your stories fascinating! I've been in the St James Theater and have felt somewhat uneasy during times when alone. IDK how to describe the feeling, but it is ominous! I am someone that really believes in the afterlife. Thank you for this video. I look forward to more.

I've always been fascinated by the paranormal and paranormal history, but I usually watch and learn about haunted locations in America because there are lots of videos online but I didn't know there was a haunted location so close to home. one haunted location I have heard about is the old manor on Inverlochy street in aro valley that is now an art school so that could be a cool idea for another documentary

I worked in the st James for a couple of months about 35 yrs ago. I was doing mild demolition, cleaning and painting for a couple of months. The 2nd month I was mainly on my own and working at night. I had numerous encounters mainly after dark. 2 encounters especially terrified me and I left soon after. 1 encounter involved loud foot steps and conversating between a male and female who were not there. The conversation lasted about 50 seconds. The 2nd time I was grabbed and shoved quite violently in a skinny stairwell leading to projection box. Truly terrifying. While I was working there my flatmate took his own life for no apparent reason. I was told the entity was Uri the Russian electrician.

interesting... we worked there a couple of years ago, my work mate said he "saw" a dark form of some kind in the basement while installing cable tray. He said it didn't feel like a 'good' spirit.

I've never had the slightest sense of being watched or felt strange in any way, growing up in the 1960's I was a total skeptic but video captures have convinced me ghosts are absolutely real.

Bro, nahhh I stumbled upon this video at 3:20am and i'm staying on the same block as the old st. James. Even if there are no records of the supposed people, theres still the fact it was built on a graveyard. Very interesting video. Thanks for sharing this!

This was really interesting. I was in a show in this theatre 30 yrs ago, before the big renovation. We were told a different story about the ghost, that it was a male actor who had taken his life in his dressing room, room 13, after a bad first night performance. Though it could have been a muddled version of the wailing woman as it's kinda similar.

I worked in there for a year+ in 2017/2018. I used to blame Yuri for the lifts not working. I think the lift was just faulty but it would randomly take you to the wrong floor, open and no one was there. Or it wouldn’t work. I got lots of bad vibes there but mostly it was just shitty irl people haha

I’d say it’s a combination of faulty electronics and heebee Jeebees people get after dark. But I’ve never experienced it myself so I could be wrong. Thanks for the comment my friend and keep up to date with my stories coming up

I remember going on a school trip in the 70s to see the most boring film ever made called 'Northern Safari'. what happened to the bodies that were buried there when it was a church?
@bogansguidetotheworld3 ай бұрын
Im not actually to sure what happened either just built over the top or possibly relocated the bodies. But being in the late in the era, I doubt they would have cared about relocation efforts.

I put ghosts in same category as tooth fairy, santa, god and faithful woman . NO SUCH THING . I w As awake to all other than the faithfulll women by age of 6yr . The faithless woman took a bit more time, but i am aware now . Two farms later 😮.
