First got into this with the American CBS Ghosts, and now watching BBC's original, while loving both, I do feel there is so much more involved in BBCs, both the cast and all they have to interact with and the set itself, so much busier. Great stuff!

I was wondering if those who have been with BBC's Ghosts even knew America made another attempt at Americanizing a British show, which I would say (as others have said in reviews) they were successful at doing. Yet have been looking to see what maybe the BBC cast or viewers say about the American version....hate, love, impartiality. That you didn't even know it existed is interesting, but I'm not sure how popular our Hulu streaming service is there (if you are Brit or in Britain that is, so excuse me if I assumed wrong). That is where I first got into CBS's Ghosts. I can watch BBC's Ghosts on HBO Max. Whew!

Strange factoid and it makes me afraid of Thomas, honestly, but I still love him XD

It didn't for the first series, but it did for the other 2 so it's likely that this series will release all at once. I've also checked and the first 2 episodes will be available on the same day, so hopefully the rest will be available too.

the trouble is, as much as Ghosts is fun and terrifying, ghosts shouldn't age. As much as the ghost characters may baulk at this, the actors are going to age. Robin will be able to conceal it better, as may Fanny to some extent (May Fanny, ok, I'll leave that alone) but the rest of the ghosts are going to look older gradually. It would be nice if Ghosts goes into ten or fifteen seasons, or more, but I hope the aging issue doesn't prevent them going beyond season four. Maybe pump out as many seasons as possible, or film scenes now for later seasons. But getting older is better than becoming a ghost. Viva Ghosts; somehow that seems incongruous. If they want an Aussie ghosts, say Ned Kelly or Banjo Paterson, I'll give it a go 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Most people are able to ‘suspend disbelief’ in situations like these… it’s like on Doctor Who, they’re not technically supposed to age either, but of course because they’re actually human actors they do. The audience (generally) is happy to accept and overlook this because they’d prefer to keep enjoying something they love rather than have it end or critique it for something silly and unavoidable like slight changes in appearance over the years. So I’m sure most people won’t mind (or notice beyond a fleeting thought or two). 😊 I hope it runs for as long as they’re happy to keep making it, regardless of what they look like.

I just hope that there at lest a small plot point running thought the show and that it has just become standalone story. (Unless it plots at beginning and final episode and standalone episode In-between).then that work. As there only so much you can do with the same non touch 1 power characteristics ghost a human that can see ghost and 1 not see and a house. I want in season 4 character growth not just a in university history lesson. Otherwise it just fun ones off crazy fun story ever episodes.

In the first episode she called Heather her *step* great aunt, but the solicitor said there wasn't really a name for it, so the relationship is definitely more distant than great aunt. She might only be related by marriage(s) not a blood relative.
