Print on light and dark textiles, with the Mini Ghost - HP Color Laser 150

In this video we show you how toner transfer works on t-shirts. You print your motif directly with the Ghost White Toner or the Ghost Black Toner and the other Ghost colors onto the A-foil. The printed A-foil is then transferred together with the B-paper under an appropriate transfer press
and pressed onto your desired textile.
If you are printing on a black T-shirt, insert the Ghost White toner instead of the black cartridge into your Mini Ghost. If you are printing on a white T-shirt
you do it the other way around. With Ghost toners, you can easily and quickly bring your ideas to white and dark fabrics. Realize yourself!

Hey, it depends on many factors: the quality of the t-shirt, the motif, the transfer process and you should not wash it over 40 degrees. But it should definitely withstand about 35 -45 washes.

I just love your videos! They are so informative. I am interested in getting one however, can I use this same method mentioned in the video but apply it to a class tumbler/can. So am I able to print the image on paper A, marry it to B and then place it on the tumbler and place the tumbler/glass in the tumbler press? If so do you know the longevity of the toner on the glass?

Please note that different toners are needed for these two methods.

This is a misunderstatment. I'm just trying to show the difference between light and dark shirts. You always need A & B to make the transfer work!

Never match with the first print. I already try in so many different ways and never match perfectly. How can you make it? I even try with some designs to make a larger border with 2mm and even that way I wasn't able to make it right... 😕 if you can help me I will appreciate. 🙏

Hi to test the A foil you must also connect it to the B paper and is it always the same temperature and time. At 160 degrees Celsius for 120 seconds. with medium to strong pressure. do it exactly like in this video :)

If you have a compatible A3 printer you can also print your designs in A3 and put them on your textiles. There are also tools with which you can split your designs into several parts to enlarge your design motif. However, you must then work very precisely so that it looks neat and tidy.

That's completely up to you if you find the workflow better that way. However, I don't know anyone who does it that way. The change is quick and easy the printer calibrates and cleans itself.

my go to is Art work, Flip it, print it, heat press with B sheet for 200C for 2 mins, hot peel, then put it on shirt and press it for 30 secs, let it cool, then 10 secs for matt finish. ANy idea why or what im missing out to make the print not crack when stretching the material?

Hi waterslide film is only conditionally suitable for double-pass printing. For decals, we recommend printing in either CMYK or CMYW. Water slide film is also not suitable for textile printing.

If you print rich color yes. The Mutiltrans paper is not suitable for double pass printing because the adhesive already reacts with the toner during the first print and in most cases the paper gets stuck during the second print attempt. For multitrans paper, we recommend either in: CMYK, CMYW or single color to print. We have a printer that creates black from CMY that is the Ghost Pro all other printers from us are equipped so that you have to swap the black with the white toner as you see in the video.

Hi, because in the motif there are not black and white elements at the same time. We recommend the Ghost CMYK toners for the transfer, but you are welcome to use the HP toners for practice and testing. not in Australia but here you can find all dealers: www.ghost-white-toner.com/find-your-dealer/
