Solid standard build! For players looking for a more powerful going first/ turn 1, I highly recommend playing superancient deepsea king coelacanth and add ways to drop it in the yard (e.g. leafish/ foolish burial) to revive with Dugares, or cheat it out from hand (e.g. abyss keeper). Psiics can tutor for ANY fish, including straight up coelacanth. The above build's more fragile to interruption however, in exchange for being more rewarding and powerful if you resolve coelacanth.

@ooiqien2136 probably the strongest build is with the new white aura support. Gives you a much stronger first turn, the ability to play through multiple handtraps without commiting to a ns, and easier ways to otk.

the very hard part playing Ghoti is... Play Second then trying to bait negates and play around, since Ghoti didnt leave much on the field at first phase to begin with, to pressure Opponent back 😢 Ghoti is Turn 3 deck

Use the white aura support. They give ghoti an actual turn 1 and the ability to play through handtraps. Hands down the best version.

Wont lie to ya my boi you shouldve used the used the white aura cards in this decklist the conbos are alot easier and have to use less resources and u have come back potential for them raigeki your cards

I know every card has a weakness but it’s tough to face when the tuners are special even though it’s not the owners turn then they synchro summon that ace ghoti monster allowing them to banish cards when you are trying to make a move. I know this makes me sound like someone that has no skill in this game.

Their name is really cool and mysterious but the deck is not really my play style, I like to destroy, well mostly fiends and especially Unchained but I might give them a chance, cool deck and boss monster nonetheless

Non-destruction removal is often better, especially since quite a few cards have effects that activate upon being destroyed.

​@@christianwright7581exactly. Fire King, Yubel and Unchained cannot deal with non-destruction banish. If you play the Icejade lvl7 tuner it can hard counter some decks thanks to the easy access to Chengying and the Icejade lvl10 synchro
