What Sammy Gyamfi should have done better was to give exact difference between DTT platforms and Television broadcast. Both of them are television broadcasting systems. Ghana broadcasting Corporation, television systems uses satellite and Digital terrestrial television (DTT) platform uses decoders to allow broadcasting. For the purposes of what they wanted to do with dedicated platform, that will be same as owning any multi-tv decoder to stream that particular art.
