I wish to agree with you but i cant , shops were looted , invading parliament isnt a very peaceful thing to do, burning bussinesses and homes isnt peaceful,.i support the protests but claiming they were peaceful is being hypocritical
@dwamburu121 күн бұрын
@@williamwatitwa3534 Nobody denies that violence did not take place but that only happened when the protestors were infiltrated by 'non- protestors' who's aim was to take advantage of the protest. Real protestors were handing in rose flowers to the security officer .

@williamwatitwa3534 This just shows you don't know anything about the protest in Kenya, all those things started you mentioned were caused by police starting shooting and kidnapping protesters but it was a peaceful protest that started days before that Tuesday when things escalated. We don't fear death in Kenya. What is the essence of living in a hopeless situation in Kenya. These demagogues are busy killing children in Kenya and branding them terrorists.In Chapter one of the Kenyan constitution it states that Power belongs to the people and they can exercise it directly or through their elected leaders. What is wrong when they choose to exercise it directly?

Going to the streets ànd holding peaceful protests are protected by the Kenyan constitution. It's the police that turn it violent. But we Kenyans we don't fear. I'm Kenyan🇰🇪, the protests were peaceful they were even chanting "we are peaceful" but the police were using force to stop the protestors plus unscrupulous politicians funding goons to disrupt the protest so as to discredit the validity of the movement...hence the violent results. It is tough when the government doesn't want to listen and uses police brutality to silence citizens.The government wanted to ignore the protest proceed putting in place the unfair finance bill that has external influence which was even backing the government to proceed and ignore the cry of its citizens. That is the evil world we are living in.Note we are not fighting against flesh and blood but against principalities of darkness and wickedness

Kenyans have been tolerating greedy leaders for too long and now have come to the point of ENOUGH the time is NOW..greedy leaders will not see peace as poor citizens continue to suffer and pay for their sins as they embezzle funds..if you think Ghana will continue to just watch when being ovewhelmed.. think again...Ghana is headed there. Very soon. Silence cannot be mistaken for weakness...it is the element that builds pressure in secret. Wait you will be having a different conversation. The previous Kenyan generations didn't even see this coming.. Don't say Ghanaians are tired they can't do this or that ... speak for yourselves .

The young Kenyans - our beloved Gen. Zs - protested peacefully only with their phones and bottles of water. And they said it loud and clear -“We are coming in peace!” It is the arrogant and deplorable Kenyan (by extension Africa police) that were busy looting and engaging in violence. They planted goons to give the Youthful protesters a bad wrap. Didn’t work because Kenyans are too smart to buy into the political class’s rotten agenda. Ghanaian youth have a chance to change the course of their country. You have to fight. The political class will not hand anything over to you on a silver platter.
