For pain relief, soak cotton cloth in any oil ( full bowl ), wrap around the knee with rubber bands , keep it whole day and remove before sleep. 99 ./.Pain will disappear even though there will be slight discomfort in the knee caps. Weekly twice we can do this. Even though Sitting on the floor may be difficult, at least for one hour if we try to sit straight with some support stretching our legs in V shape , gradually swelling and pain subsides and pelvic portion also becomes strong. My observation is- people who sleep on the hard floor , who sit on the floor and eat, who avoid chairs in discourses and sit on the floor are free from knee pain ( even at the age of 80) .People who use recliner chairs or soft sofa sets, soft and heavy beds for sleeping are more prone to knee pains.

Thanks Very helpful video. Doctor, because of flat feet , I have severe pain in my right ankle and calf muscles and soles in both feet, can not walk or stand for 20/30 minutes. I have been using insoles since many years and doing foot exercises regularly, now my knees also affected. Doctors told knee replacement. I am 59 yet and want to avoid surgery and first want relief for my foot pain. Do you have any video for problems related to flat feet?? Will cycling be helpful in my case?

Sir... Mujhe 2 महीने पहले रात को पैर सीधा करने और मोड़ने में problem हुई..... थोड़े दिन बाद चलना भी मुश्किल हो गया... Dr के कहने मैंने daily 2 times painkillers aur ocicare trio लीं... हट मुझे 15 days में कोई आराम नहीं हुआ... फिर मैंने xray कराया... उसमे osteoarthritis ki starting btayi... Phir maine 10 दिन physiography krayi to aaram लग गया... But उसके 15 दिन बाद फिर से चलना मुश्किल हो रहा है... ऐसा लगता है. जैसे घुटने में कुछ अटक रहा है.. अब मैं sirf एक osicare le rhi हूँ.. घुटने के पीछे एकडन लगती है.... Mera घुटना कब तक ठीक होगा.... कैल्शियम और विटामिन D भी ले रही हूँ...50 दिन दवाई खाते हुए हो गये हैं.... एक्सरसाइज भी नियम से करती हूँ... जो आपने बताई हैं... Than you so very much, Sir, very informative.I had both my knees replaced in India, Rajesthan at the Global Hospital. Now, after 13 yrs. the implants have shifted 2and 3 ins.my knees have swellings o much, I cannot how just yet. Because it was done in India, the Dr’s hesitate to do anything. .I am a pensioner, I cannot afford a surgery as I am in fund.I struggle to walk in my own house, a 2 bedroom unit. I am in the waiting list for one year, how am I going to manage for this long. Please help, Sir.
