Solution for Jammu kashmir. Give jammu and kashmir 3 full fleged stateshood with constitutional and legal provision of permanently abrogation of articles 370 and 35A & some political, educational, emplyement representative reservations to kasmiri pandits and other backword necessary community in these three status to maintain social justice .these laws and condition can implement only100% constitution of India in these three states.these 3 fullflege statehood name will be. 1) jammu & Neelam 2) Kashmir & Gilgit Baltistan 3) ladakh & Siyachin No need to restore 370 & 35A. implement only indian constitution .now three statehood is make easy due to Implementation of 100% indian constitution. there will be three legislative assemblies ( upper house lower house) three High court, three state languages three cultures independennce three adminstrative capital cities three cheif ministers Three governors. Three police commissioner. All can be give as per indian constitution. jammu kashmir will develop soon. it will be more than himalayan people expected. more people will get more athorities and more opportunities to develop jammu kashmir. North east also so many states and north east states are doing well.jammu and kashmir will also devlop.
