Article 1 and 3 of the Indian constitution don't allow any state or community to disintegrate from India.. As it is against the unity and integrity of India.. Only parliament of India have power to alter or change boundaries of new states .. US constitution also don't allow any state to get independence until all other States agree on that

My few questions- 1. In first farmers protest farmers say Centre government have no power to intervin in Agriculture sector. It is against constitution. Agriculture is State Subject. Then now How Centre government fulfill the demands of these farmers who are protesting ? Why these farmers now protest against Center if Agriculture is State Subject ? 2. All the peoples who work in any Sector they pay Income Tax. But Agriculture income is not come under INCOME TAX.What about it ? 3. Farmers are not paying INCOME TAX. FARMERS get Subside in D.A.P etc. Many time Punjab government Wave of the Loan of these farmers. From decades Punjab farmers get free electricity. Farmers get Working Capital at cheap intrest rate. 4. Punjab Farmers get best treatment from the government related to other State farmers. In return they give us Crops which are highly Toxic by using massive Pesticides but Farmers never take accountability of their toxic crops. What about that. 5. Atlast Haryana vote 3rd time Modi this shows that Modi is not bad for farmers
