I enjoyed listening to this and took some screen shots - been dealing w/Scleroderma for almost 40 years and the GI tract has been main area - fecal incontinence has been miserable at times and even 40 years later figuring out what foods caused a flare up can be challenging. Interesting comments about probiotics & vitamins as well as the cooked food vs. raw - never knew that - great presentation!

Thank you Dr Volkmann! I’ve tried AIP and paleo diet for my daughter with SS. It helped her, now she is back to eating most of the foods (with a few exceptions), but as you said we are all different, what works for one wouldn’t work for the other . Interesting info on Low FODMAP (we haven’t tried that one) - many thanks. Also I wish I had written a diary of our experiments with food and her reactions especially on the Intro stage.
