The bow will clip onto the backpack with the triangles the hold the Night Creeper crossbow. When you do that you can clip the claws into the sides of the backpack and hold all that stuff. It fits but the backpack wasn't made for that so it doesn't hold well, but it still works.

I tried and I see what you’re saying, the box artwork shows it how I showed it so I think that’s how they want you to, I don’t think it works all that well.

Arrived today and he balances and poses incredibly well. Backpack not the best (Night Creeper reuse) but a small complaint. He's awesome

But storm shadow is a ninja, not a samurai. Is the skirt supposed to be body armor? Im on the fence about cutting it off and just leaving the belt pouch.......or leaving all the stuff but cuting away all the skirt parts.

I didn't have a problem with the katana sheathe's until actually having the figure in hand and after playing a shit-load of Ghost of Tshuhima, Yeah. The angle and draw of those katana's is so wrong. LOL.

Great review Lawrence. I’m looking forward to picking him up soon. I had both versions of him, in o-ring. I have the classified one but not the RC one. I like the classified one. Did you get your ship notice from pulse/fedex for the DF? According to FedEx mine is to arrive on Saturday. I have others which I got from a retail outlet that I’m waiting for those to ship also. Wasn’t into the line when the Haslab campaign for the DF was active

Good review. I didn’t have the o-ring version when I was a kid and I wasn’t super excited about this one but after getting it in and opening it, I agree, it’s a very good figure.

Neither one wore them in the “right” side. No Japanese person would have worn swords on the right side…. It’s a universal thing. No one on the world would wear a sword or carry it in the right side. Period. That’s history, that’s fantasy lore.

Nice review! V2 Storm Shadow was the first Storm Shadow I got as a kid. But he is not Samurai. 😅 Maybe its okay. Or maybe he is Left handed. But I do agree, it should have been on his Left side and the direction of the curve of the scabbard, when worn, will depend on the heaviness of the armor or clothing worn.
