@alexandrossimitzis1463 жыл бұрын
Keep preaching man! Because I got a Greek cousin who keeps rambling that Giannis is a fraud, he can't play, he can't that, and I've told him that if you think that what Giannis does is easy, you play in the NBA, be a two time MVP, a defensive player of the year and lead the Bucks to a ring! I'd much rather hear LBJ's, KD's and Magic's opinion, instead of my cousin's opinion who can't tell the difference between a ball and a hole in tthe ground!
@antonioreyes23823 жыл бұрын
@@alexandrossimitzis146 that’s usually how it goes. Giannis is Milwaukee’s ticket to a championship. Honestly, I don’t think there is a player who’s worked harder to improve his craft than Giannis. He deserves to win a championship and build a dynasty. Im proud to support the Bucks
@alexandrossimitzis1463 жыл бұрын
@@antonioreyes2382 Tell that to my cousin Giannis! I mean I have a Greek cousin (I'm Greek myself) who doesn't know the first thing about basketball and he thinks that he does! And he has said so many stupid things such as that Giannis is a fraud, he's fake, because he hasn't won a ring and he idolizes LBJ; Luka Donsic, Dirk Nowitzki and Pau Gasol. And none of these guys had won a ring at age 26. And the latest thing bs comment he made was that Giannis is getting worse because he won't win the MVP. First off, we don't know that for a fact, second there's an MVP voting fatigue, and third, according to his so-called logic, the MVP should also win the most improved player award, and the rest of the NBA players are getting worse! LeBron for damn near a decade, but he won't say that because he's ignorant! Luka hasn't won anything yet, but he says that he's a great player, and he's, but my cousin so shifts the goalposts when it comes to comparing Giannis, to other NBA players it's unbelievable! And he even goes as far as to say that he's fair and that he knows basketball! Gimme a break! He didn't even know that Pau Gasol, as great as he was, he was Robin, to Kobe's Batman! He didn't know that LBJ has bounced around the NBA, even abandoning his own hometown to ring-chase, and he still choked away the 2011 series! And Dirk, in 2011, in his only ring in his damn near 20 years in the NBA won just one ring! I could go on and on about my arguments against my cousin Giannis, but he couldn't recognize a hoop from a hole in the ground! But this is not the worse part! There are some racist white Greeks who hate Giannis and his brothers, just because they're blacks, and they say they're not Greeks! A couple of them showered with racial epithets, one of them on live TV (Takis Tsoukalas, is kind of sports analyst, only that he's a huge Olympiacos fan, and Thanasis Antetokoumpo back then was playing for Panathinaikos, he had some huge dunks and plays in a game against Olympiacos, and Tsoukalas, crossed the line when he called him a monkey and an axxhole! But the was taken to court. And also there was a guy who was like a University bigwig, and posted on social media that Giannis is an N word, and an a-hole who just plays basketball! And I replied alright mr smartass! You get your behind over to the NBA, become a superstar there, advertise Greece all over the world, like Giannis does! I'm an English teacher, we teachers are supposed to believe in equality, so we can teach everybody and you're a disgrace to education and to Greece! I hope they fire you and sue you! And that's what happened!) But, I think in general, Giannis and his brothers are loved by us Greeks. Giannis and his brothers are Greeks! Period!
